This explains what we collect when you use sharpasever.com or buy the course, and what we do with it. Sharp as Ever is published by Pudiente LLC.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you buy the course or ask us to tell you when something is ready. If you buy the course as a gift, we also collect the recipient's email address and any message you write to them.
• Your name, if you give it to us.
• Payment details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage information, such as which pages were visited and how many minutes of a lesson were watched. We see this as totals, not as a record of what any one person did.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, or anything about your health or finances, and we would rather you did not send them to us.

What we use it for

• Sending you your course link, and sending it again if you lose it.
• Answering you when you write to us.
• Telling you about the course, or about a new course, if you asked us to. Every email we send has a way to stop them.
• Understanding, in totals, which lessons people watch and where they stop, so we can improve the course.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of companies to run the course. They handle your information only to do that work for us:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and delivers the videos.
• Our payment processor, which takes the payment and holds the card details.
• Our email provider, which delivers the emails we send you.

Cookies

The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The video player may set a cookie so playback works properly.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and purchase record for as long as you have access to the course, and afterwards for as long as we need to for our accounts and tax records. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, though that ends your access to the course.

Your choices

Write to us at any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we will honour them.

Children

This course is made for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this changes, we will update the date at the top.
