Refunds

Before you buy anything, you can watch the whole of Lesson One free on the front page. It is six minutes, and it shows you exactly what the rest is like.

The guarantee

If the course is not for you, write to us within seven days of buying it, before you go past Lesson Two, and we will refund you in full.

There is no form to fill in and we will not ask you to explain yourself.

How to ask

Send an email to hello@sharpasever.com from the address you used to buy the course, and say you would like a refund. That is all you need to write.

How you get the money back

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We start them within two working days of your email. Your bank usually takes a few more days to show it.

Once a refund is made, your access link stops working.

After seven days, or past Lesson Two

We do not refund after that. The free first lesson and this seven-day window are there so you can decide without risk, and the course is yours to keep once you have worked through it.

If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We would rather hear about it than have you disappointed.

Gifts

If you bought the course as a gift, the same seven days apply, counted from when you bought it. The refund goes back to you, not to the person you sent it to.

If you cannot open the course

That is not a refund matter, it is a problem we will fix. Write to us and we will send your link again or sort out whatever is in the way.
