Sharp as Ever is an online course published by Pudiente LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. These terms apply when you buy or use the course. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy it.

What you are buying

Sharp as Ever is eight recorded video lessons on using everyday artificial intelligence tools. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

When you buy, we send a private link to the email address you give us. That link gives you access to the lessons. It is for you, and for the household you live in. Please do not post it publicly, share it in a group, or pass it to people outside your home.

We intend to keep the course available for as long as we run it. If we ever have to close it down, we will give existing buyers reasonable notice and a way to keep what they paid for.

What this course is not

The course is educational. It does not give medical, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing in it is a substitute for speaking to a qualified professional about your own situation.

The course teaches how current scams work and how to recognise them. It cannot promise that you will never be caught by one. Scams change, and no course can guarantee an outcome.

The AI tools taught in the course are made by other companies. They can be wrong. Please check anything that matters.

Tools made by other companies

The course shows you how to use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. We do not own them, we are not affiliated with the companies that make them, and we do not control what they do or what they charge. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. They may change or disappear.

Your account and your link

There is no password. Your access link is private. If you lose it, write to us and we will send it again to the same email address.

If we see a link being shared widely, we may replace it and issue a new one to the buyer.

Paying

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.

Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

What belongs to us

The videos, scripts, images and written materials in Sharp as Ever belong to Pudiente LLC. You may watch them, and you may print anything we provide as a printable page, for your own use. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or teach from them without our written permission.

Limits

We provide the course as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pudiente LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the course or of the tools it teaches, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
